The CulinArt Catering Promise
When you place your catering order with CulinArt, you can expect on-time deliveries by a friendly member of our team, excellent customer service and personal touches that make the difference to you and your guests.
THE BELOW ORDERING CRITERIA MUST BE ADHERED TO WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
To Order
All orders must be placed online at wiley.catertrax.com. Feel free to contact the chef with questions about your order at (201) 748-6816 or jws@culinartinc.com. We are more than happy to arrange a meeting to discuss your event, meeting, or party needs.
Advance Notice
24 Hours Advance Notice applies for our express menu that includes, continental breakfast, beverage service(s) and snack service.
48 Hours Advance Notice applies for order of 25 guests or less for breakfast, lunch sandwiches, salads and tuscan bistro (excluding themed lunch orders).
96 Hours Advance Notice applies for all orders over 25 guests, any hot food, themed lunch orders, cocktail parties, and evening service. (Additional labor may be charged for orders over 50 guests or after hour events.)
Special Function Labor
Your event may require additional staff for Cocktail parties sit down lunch, dinner and or evening and weekend events. CulinArt will make specific recommendations on the type and number of servers and chefs needed for your function. All special function labor will be charged to the catering bill with a guaranteed 5 hour minimum.
Regular Catering Service Hours
Our regular catering hours are 7AM – 3PM Monday through Thursday. Catered orders scheduled outside of regular business hours may receive an additional charge.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled 24 hours or more prior to specified set up time will not incur a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of specified set up time will be billed according to a cancellation charge: 50% of the total event cost.
Catering Equipment or Table linens can be rented, prices can be provided upon request.
Responsibility for Catering Equipment
CulinArt will pick-up all equipment and linen. All equipment and Linen must be returned with the order, or the customer will incur a replacement fee.
Dietary Needs and Allergens
It is important that our clients make CulinArt fully aware of any guest dietary restrictions, food sensitivities and/or allergies in advance. We make every effort to avoid cross-contact. However, there is always the potential for cross-contact in our open kitchens as well as self-serve events.
